Each generation brings its own perspectives and ideals to the job, which can result in occasional conflict and controversy. Because generational conflicts in the workplace are based on a difference in values, ambitions, views, mindsets and demographics, each generation is motivated by different messages in the workplace, our panel of experts will examine the generational gap in the workplace and will offer solutions for all the “gens” working side-by-side. Treat yourself to an evening of lively discussion with professionals who know all about career coaching, business leadership, and professional networking. Ask them anything you want about managing career opportunities in today's market.

Our Panel
Nancy Reynolds as Senior Vice President, Director of Professional Services Nancy is the lead consultant in the Phoenix/Scottsdale office of Lee Hecht Harrison, a global career management company. Nancy has over 15 years experience with LHH in many capacities including regional and international assignments. Over her successful career, she has conducted numerous workshops and seminars on all career transition and human resource issues as well as coached executives at all levels in transition. Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Nancy spent many years in the financial industry and owned and managed her own Human Resource consulting and training firm, Reynolds and Associates.
David Mitchell has been with AARP for over 26 years. He is the Arizona State Director and opened the AARP Arizona office in 1995. In addition to managing the Arizona State office, David is also a specialist in the 50+worker issue, working closely with business and industry, community colleges and various groups focusing on employment. David was a church pastor for 13 years prior to joining AARP. He has degrees in Pastoral Theology and Communications.
Zach Hubbell is a graduate of the University of Arizona, Eller School of Business. After spending a year in public accounting Zach left the ranks of the gainfully employed to help found pursuethepassion.com. The 2007 Pursue the Passion tour took Zach and three friends around the country for 4 months, interviewing over 200 individuals who exemplified passion in their work. They compiled their intervies in video and written form at their website pursuethepassion.com. Currently Zach is working as the Director of Social Media for Jobing.com. Working to build the most active, transparent and locally focused employment communities in the country.
Moderator: Raoul Encinas is Vice President at Preod, a professional services firm based in Princeton, NJ. He has 20 years of experience leading large-scale organizational change, turnaround, and strategy initiatives. Raoul is a frequent speaker on job search topics, writes the weekly “Ask SJN” column, is a member of SJN’s Board of Directors, and has directly helped hundreds of job seekers improve their results.
